With a 15-year career in global healthcare innovation—redesigning systems to put people first—Indri understands how constant “doing mode” can disconnect us from our bodies, intuition, and joy. When her own body finally said “no,” she turned to the breath—and began healing burnout, reprogramming mom-guilt patterns, and even lifelong allergies.

Indri is the founder of the BECA Method (Breath Energy Care Activation) and co-founder of the international breathwork school Spirit of Breath Collective. Her work draws from Breathwork, Spinal Energetics, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Kundalini Activation, and her background in experience design—to awaken the body’s innate wisdom and restore emotional balance.
Now based in Barcelona with her family, Indri has lived in Bali, Singapore, Tokyo, London, and Berlin—blending Eastern spirituality with Western nervous system science. Her work invites a new way of being: one where doing and pausing co-exist, where energy is nurtured, and softness is strength.
